Commitments and Accountability

The following is the commitment of the Management based on our values :

EUROPHARTECH produces medication and health products for the purpose of treating and improving the health of patients.

The management and quality assurance system at Europhartech allows the increase of client satisfaction and the improvement of our performance in each of the following ways:

  • Safety : reducing the number of work-related accidents
  • Quality : reducing the number of production errors and client complaints, and improving the customer satisfaction rate/product approval rate in order to better serve our clients and better respond to regulatory authorities
  • Delivery deadlines : improving our delivery rates so that we can get our clients’ products to them more quickly
  • Cost : improving the overall rate of return, the evolution of annual turnover and the gross operating surplus as well as a decrease in the purchasing index in order to make our products as competitive as possible for our clients
